I'm Debbie and Seren Creative is my new day job!

In case we haven't met before, I'm a communications consultant, podcast producer and online course creator. I have a keen interest in finding ways to help people feel more connected to their organisation, their vocation and each other. I love making content and finding solutions for communicative people.

What's new?

If you have met me before, I'm doing pretty much the same things as I've been doing for the past few years. I love my work, enabling other internal communications and learning professionals to achieve their goals. I've been supporting the creation of award-winning podcast content and profitable online courses. I've also been helping to champion the communications community, taking an active role with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Why Seren Creative?

Seren Creative was born in Wales, where the word 'Seren' means star.

Most of the people I work with are pretty quiet about their star status. Lots of people who coach and train others, or work as in-house communications professionals, tend to work hard behind the scenes. They aim to make sure their leaders, learners, colleagues and team members shine when they need to. I aim to champion those secret stars, to help them find their own voice and a way to share their message.
